3:00 the fact they felt the need to be polite and wait for her to finish talking before running in terror is hilarious 😂

Daniel Stern describing a regular rural English village the way a foreigner (also me) experiences it is the funniest thing ever it needs to be a movie

Widdecombe on the moor is beautiful, I live 40 minutes away, it truly is stunning, Dartmoor has a huge history with many ghost stories, it’s not this bad 😂

I'm 63 Boston born and have lived many places, east coast west coast, I've only heard of one ghost story, my aunt Betty said she saw my father right after he died in 1999, but I've never seen or felt any sensation of someone watching me.

Widecombe-in-the-Moor is just down the road from me. It is a lovely little place, though over-run with tourists in the summer. However, the storm described really did happen during the Great Thunderstorm of 1638. It killed four people and injured 60 more. It was the first verified recording of ball lightning, which went down the aisle and burned one person to death. The church tower was also struck and severely damaged. There are surviving pamphlets about it. It is best visited during the winter, in the wind and rain, where the atmosphere really comes to life.

Widecombe-in-the-Moor in Dartmoor is beautiful, I went camping a lot in Devon and I can safely say it was nothing like what the actor experienced.
The only thing that did happen was my tent being ransacked by a load of seagulls after just going to Morrisons and these twin boys trying to save my food by frantically waving their arms around.

I camped on the MOORS in ENGLAND at night by myself in 1987 and heard some really weird noises in the early hours of the morning like someone Moaning, Heavy footsteps circling around my tent so fast that it would of been impossible for a human to do.And then someone whistling for hours and hours non stop and there was no way i was getting out my tent and checking it out i was absolutely petrified and just sat there in the tent all night praying for the sun to rise. And I'd never ever camp there again unless i was with a lot of other people but the thing is i don't believe in Ghosts/paranormal but the MOORS has just got bad atmospherics about it you could just feel its not a normal place when it gets dark and it's giving me shivers just thinking about it..

Thanks for this! Love this show. It’s one of the few paranormal reenactment shows with high production values. 🎥🤩✨✨✨

I recall a longer video of the Joan Collins story in Venice, in which she said that all of the guests then each stood in front of the woman's portrait and apologized for disrespecting her spirit, and their apologies seemed to put an end to the ghostly animosity all the guests were experiencing that evening.
