I make this often with eggless mayonnaise or thick yogurt! Adding just pepper feels less tasty so I usually add pizza seasoning like Oregano, thyme, and rosemary! Tastes much better ^^ Adding mint will also cut through the greasiness of the mayo. I wouldn't advise it to be too cold as potatoes will be hard to swallow and digest if it's cold. Starchy foods when eaten hot is good for health but yes in cold salads like these, if the potatoes are a little cold is fine. If ppl don't want to use potatoes, then you can use skip it to use bell peppers and boiled cauliflower!
