What kind of armor do you have on barbarians? Do you care about any of the nature damage buffs to gear? Is there any?

Do you know if + to Nature damage makes werewolf form do more damage ?

Would the barbarians be the best for a beastmaster build (werewolf)?
Im thinking about making one, but looks like ill need 3 str for the 2h weapon, buuut ill be using leather and not plate armor.
Or maybe get the kings sword that gives massive crit and atack speed and dual wield that? (but the archshaman rings are better for werewolf, maybe do both factions?).
