Being a mom is perhaps the most important job a woman can have. But in many ways, woke culture has minimized the special role mothers have in society. In this special Mother’s Day episode, Aldo travels to Brentwood, CA to ask people what they think a mother is and if the current culture is erasing motherhood.

I’m a single father of two amazing daughters. I’d never let someone call me a mother. They were in diapers when I got full custody of them and I never got a single drop of government benefit money like majority of single mothers get. They had no single father programs back 25 years ago when I was raising them. No changing stations in the men’s bathroom, I gave them full protection as a father from all dangers while I was a serving my country. I was lucky to grow up in a mother and father led household so they both did amazing for me.

My 2 cents worth, here. I am a man, and raising my son. It’s getting easier to be a caretaker now that he is older, but most especially when he was young, there was no way I could be his mother. I don’t just mean being unable to breastfeed. I mean mothers have instincts or something, and there is no way I could adequately do their job. I’m sorry, but a man cannot be a mother. I did my best, but I have to say that I am in awe of REAL mothers. They so totally have my respect.

It’s all nonsense. No man can be your mother. But a father is just as important. They just have different gifts to give a child.

God created two sexes—male and female. It takes the two to procreate. Females were given the gift of the ability to birth the offspring. That is how it has been been since male and female were created. Saying anything to the contrary does not make it true. Happy Mother’s Day to all mothers and God bless them. ♥️🙏🏼

considering you were in California I wasn't surprised by some of the answers. It was refreshing to see there are some smart people still there.

Dads have a critical role to play in the raising and development of a child, but that role is not the same as that of a mother.

The other nurturing parent is called a FATHER! Why can't man be nurturing too?

I loved the British woman in stripped shirt. She was the best.

How can a man be a mother if the term mother is being changed to 'birthing person'.

Dr Seuss wrote "Are You My Mother?" for kindergarteners.

Black woman, first quote, "no other way to enter the universe without one" then immediately goes into foolery. I would have just stayed with her and let herself talk into a knot. "Trans-American"....wasn't that an airline? 🤣🤣

This Mother's Day tell mom thank you for giving me a chance to be born, nursing me and most importantly loving me everyday no matter what trouble in get in or cause. Thank you mom.

Instead of asking why i would've loved to her you ask "how is that possible?" And WTF is "trans-American?" 😂
