Be careful with people online. It’s not safe today. Be very picky who has access to you. You’re worth it.❤

Social media has ruined so many aspects of social interaction, when it was meant to enhance it.

This is different when you only know a person only by chat, no pictures, no gifts, just tryping :/

Fun fact! Saying “isn’t the moon beautiful tonight” in Japanese is a subtle way to say I love you

Had a crush on a boy (who lives far away) because he was really gentle to me, we talked daily and i always felt happiness while chatting

I sent sweet posts to him, made poems about him, it was very nice. But deep down, i knew he wouldn't want me back anyways

I told my feelings for him once, but he didn't reciprocate. After that, he got distant and i discovered how bad he could be deep down

I still feel bad about everything, even though not really all my fault.. I just miss him, but i know he probably doesn't care about me anymore

I keep in touch with all my close friends through Instagram. My bestie is the sweetest person ever: she invited me out to Olive Garden, offered to go with me to next year's prom, and told me we could play in the snow together next winter! :3 💕

it’s weird to love someone only online

As someone who used to like/comment girls' posts on FB, nothing is more soul-crushing than seeing one morning that the girl I liked is now in a relationship with some guy she's never mentioned, and quite honestly in my obviously-biased opinion, was inferior. This has happened multiple times 😖

It's best to just be direct, state your feelings/intentions to them in person, and then go from there. It saves so much time and emotional energy, even if the act of finding out could be painful in the short-term, it's better than wasting potentially YEARS on someone. Also, playing the long game actually is detrimental, as telling the person you like straight away might actually be the best thing.

As someone in decoy classes, be careful online. Be careful. Tell, tell, tell, tell until an adult listens to you if you get hurt.

I don't think anyone has ever had any interest in me online 😔 but also it's not like I have anything interesting to show/talk about.

Congratulations to all of you who found someone online❤

I actually got to know someone through a comment section. I replied under one of her comments and said something to the subject, and she replied back. Over several weeks we continued replying to each other, still about the same (pretty personal) subject. The comment has 150 replies, all from us, and all of them are very long. Because we seemed to be very similar, we decided to share our discord names and I simply delete the comment containing my name afterwards, so no one else can see it. On discord, we shared our name and country, and other personal details about our lives, like hobbies, age, and even pictures of ourselves after a while. We’ve been texting several times per week for months now, and we get along so well! She lives in a different country, but it’s not too far away, so hopefully we can meet up someday! We are really similar but just different enough, and it honestly feels like I have found my soulmate. ❤❤

Leaving a thoughtful comment is just kindness, someone with a low following is more likely to do so then someone popular

Me and my current boyfriend got to know each other via a game when I was dating my ex. We became best friends. My boyfriend was also one of the few people that was there for me the most when me and my ex broke up. A few months later, we got feelings for each other and started dating 😊 we have also met up a couple of times in person and are planning more meetups (we live in different countries and we talk alot)
