The Przwalski's horses were intentionally introduced in 1998 by scientists, they were never there before the disaster. You make it sound like the horses were there before, but they weren't. They introduced 30 of them and later abandoned the project but the horses are doing well. There are about 150 of them now. All of the exclusion zone is teeming with wildlife now, though I wouldn't go hunting or fishing or mushroom picking there.

Ya I can just hear the neibours of people that adopted a "dog" from CHERNOBYL.... hey huh guys ummmm where did you say you adopted uhhh ummmm this huuuh doooog you said this is frommmm? It wasn't the spca that I know for sure.
