I often see a mismatch between the training readiness and daily training suggestion. I dont know how many times I´ve had a training suggestion to do a threshold running session, when I´ve had a really poor sleep, low training readiness and the morning report says focus on recovery. To Me its just a gimmick I dont pay much attention to

Definitely ignore training readiness if you're training a lot else you will only be training 4-5 times a week. HRV is a better metric to worry about and even then taken with a grain of salt Vs gold standard static morning HRV measurements with a hr strap

Is this fenix 7x pro solar ?
I’ve ordered the fenix 7x pro solar but I never find any reviews on it, just 7s without the x .
If so how is the battery is it good ?

I just got a Garmin phoenix 7 s solar. I cannot figure out how to change the faces or the data fields for running. Would you please show us how to do that? I have looked everywhere for 3 days. Thank you so much in advance

I love the feature where in 5 years the battery is stuffed and put the watch in the bin.

I bought one and returned it the next day. The samsung Galaxy watch does everything better except battery life...on a brighter screen. I would have kept it if it had inreach built in. Hopefully, they will come to 2025 when the 8 comes out.
