I visited a friend of mine, he asked me to check a desktop motherboard/ mainboard, this board had a fault that every time he turned off the computer and turned it on, the system was giving bios error, this video shows how to solve this problem of bios getting reset even after replacing the battery.

my pc sevure boot is enabled so i can't go to bios and windows troubleshoot settings. when i press the start button. pc gone to windows directly without any logo. just gone to welcome screen any solution?
