This is me showing how I set and self taught myself in flying a paramotor, by no means am I an instructor and this is not to be used as a training reference. always seek professional training and do not learn just from videos like I did my self. once judson has some free time im suppose to get some training with him. aviator Ppg in lake whales Florida has an amazing school with with some of the best instructors out there!

I came from your 17, 500 feet video after never seeing any of your videos. I immediately got super curious on how you go "up" and "down" in one of these so thank you for answering all my questions with this video! Congrats on setting your record btw!!

The most important part of training besides learning how to actually flying, are understanding basic airspace laws/ FAR 103, and truly understanding basic weather science so you don’t find yourself in a bad situation. 😉🤙

First time I've ever watched a video on the subject. You are very good and have an excellent way of explaining things. Your "ground crew" is pretty good too. Thank you.

Your brake toggle magnets are pretty cool. I’ve never seen them move up and down like that

What a great review of all the things that go through your mind. It's the entire process in a nutshell! The camera crew on the ground gives an added perspective. Even if I were young again, I'm probably not athletic enough for this sport, but I love to see you do it. Best video ever! Thanks to everyone who made this possible -- your mother, for giving birth to you, and YouTube for making it possible to publish.

Once I read your bio Chucky...I wanted to subscribe! Thanks for being honest and raw about the Lord and how easy it is to get side tracked in the things we pursue that end up distracting us from him- always good to be reminded of that.
Stay safe and don't be stupid! 😉😄🤗😮

Your class is a familiarization of proper safety checks, assembly, takeoff and landing, proper controls of flight. Etc.

Nice and simple explainions. It's worth it to get training because you learn sooo much more and get to fly with a lot of other cool people.

How long does it take to learn how to fly your rig? Did you ever think about getting a fulcrum powerpod? Is your rig really 100% safe to fly? And, can I buy something with a parachute just incase the foil wing got completely tangled and became useless? Is that even possible? Thank you?

I gave a thumbs up because... 1. I am not a hater, and 2. I enjoyed the video. now having said that, I have a true passion to do exactly what you are doing. Flying a para motor for me is much more than an interest. it is a celebration of life and living my dream after beating cancer.there are no words to express my passion and devotion to achieve this goal. My passion and dream, led me to find any way to do this with gear I could afford (with a lifetime payment plan for medical bills). I Thank god daily for his blessings, and my recovery. I also thank god, l have done research and though a tough pill to swallow realize if I can not afford proper training and gear, then that celebration, and passion could be short lived. Please sir tread lightly in persuading others like myself to follow their passion blindly. If I saw this video a couple of years ago, either I would be making my videos of self taught, or I would have become a statistic. Though I want to live, passing doing something you love is acceptable with me. Just sharing so you understand the impact you may have. I pray you continue to stay safe and enjoy sir.

Please dont ground start. That prop can kill or severely maim you. By far the largest source of severe injuries in the sport. If its not on your back or in the rack, dont start.
