As an American, I find this reporting fascinating.
Had trump done ANYTHING about the virus he would’ve been re-elected. He absolutely polarized the country, but his response and ignorance about public health and how much he enjoyed being aggressively authoritarian really pushed the small amount of people who were on the fence about him over the edge.
