If the Iref =Cascode current source using PMOS transistor composed of (M3, M4) and we can calulate the Rx= (1+gm3ro3)ro4 approximately gm3ro3ro4 and then the from M1 g look into Rz=(1/gm1)//(ro1)//Rx and the total Rout =Rz is serial with RB
So
Ps: all transistor CLM are not equal 0
