Hey man, I have a 2004 Honda Civic and you fixed my car my friend. Can’t thank you enough for this video. I did 20 coils around the immobilizer ring but I found it would only start when back in original place, if the ring was hanging away from ignition, it would not start. Thanks again! Everyone should stand up and demand the right to have no immobilizer on their new car if they choose. Now instead of your car getting hot wired and stolen they break in and shoot you and take the key. Also they significantly increase the likelihood of your car being taken straight to the scrap yard. Wish i could buy a new car without one. These immobilizers are being forced on us and it's not cool at all.

Any common problems on what could be causing it to fail? I had my battery out of my car for a few weeks put it back in and all of a sudden the immobiliser won’t work, new batteries for the fob and nothing working

This is a technical nonsense! The few turns ended by a short circuit will weaken drastically the signal by absortion.
In other terms the dialog with the key is impossible so there is no chance at all to start the engine.
It is a shame to encourage people to waste their time with such "miraculous tricks". No magie, only physics!!!

Good evening Sir. Very useful video. But I have a question. I have a renault Clio 1.2 8v and the manufacturing year is 2000. I change yesterday the BSI pc board and after that doesn't recognise the key. Also the remote control doesn't work. Any advice?

You didn't explain what the cooper wire does to fix the problem ? does the ECU find it friendly and allows for starting ? What then?

i need help plz i have a 1998 lexus that i have the metal piece the whole key but lost the chip on the key the black part..now i tried starting the car it will turn onand every thing works jiust doesnt crank over due to the chip missing..so i left my car where it was at..but went back after watching a few videos...i think i know where to fine the immobilizer but wen i tried jumping my car to do this the alarm was going off and need to by pass the alarm system first cuz where its parked is right in front of my jobs office and dont want to disturb my boss with that alarm if i cant shut it off
