Great Glyn! You are a real Master. A lot of people know how to do things, but can't explain why they're doing this. Maybe because they simply don't understand in depth, they just know that the technique works and that's it. Watching your videos I'm not only learning the algorithm, but I know exactly WHY I'm doing this particular step. Thanks!

optional for multi opa laymasks.
1. brush at 50% (black) paint one stroke somwhere.
2. brush at say 25% paint somwhere else.
alt click layermask sample color (ie 50% 25% etc) set paint brush to 100% and go :)

its alittle more work but allows for easy usage of say multi opa layermask (if you wantet his eyes at ex 90%)
thanks for great work Mr.Dewis :) keep em comming

Thanks Glyn. Thinking about working non-destructively the density adjustment allows for tweaking to other percentages after the fact. Whereas as other techniques e.g. Painting on mask with 50% gray rather than black do not.

Another great video, Glyn! I've been a fan since you were the first person to explain the Pen Tool in a way I could actually use and understand. Your tips and tricks are always useful! :)

Thanks a lot, Glyn. Great tutorial. I am using Photoshop CS6 . Unfortunately there is no possibility to safeguard the results as you have shown. Any workarounds? I have noticed your remark concerning actions. Thanks for your ideas. Volker

thank you so much, i have a question what's the difference between the layer property and actually reducing the opacity of the layer by 50% just like you did with the coloring layers, i'm a bit confused there
