Did you completely change the water frequently or just top up the water? And how often were you having to do this?

I've taken cuttings for White Buddleia and Hydrangea's and made a video on these about 3 years ago. Also took cuttings for Spirea, Lavender and Hebe's.

Wow, you have an amazing lavender patch! It's huge!! I need to try this, mine is outside and was just covered with snow 😔. I wonder if you can propagate with herbs too? Have you tried it? Can't wait to hear if it worked! Thanks guys!!

Thank you for sharing this. I see from the comments that your cuttings in water did best! I’m growing some in soil, but would love to try the water method. Will you do (or have done) an update on how the lavender is doing?

Thank you for your simplistic and detailed approach to many gardening questions - we live it in the UK. We followed your advice and purchased the hand pruners from Corona. Can you please show us when and how to prune gaura. Fiascos and salvia plants as well as taking successful cuttings. Thank You - stay safe and well. Quenrede and Meyrick Price Berkshire England.
