METHOD 1 - Add Dropdown Menu
1) Select Subject column
2) Data ~ Data Validation
3) Add Rule
4) Criteria to "Dropdown"
5) Add "Maths", "Science" and "English"
6) Assign colors for each selection.
7) Done

METHOD 2 - Add Dropdown Menu
1) Select any cells
2) Type @ and select "Dropdowns"
3) Enter items and change color
4) Done

how to sum all maths in a row to a number, for example, if there are 10 maths in a subject row, how to sum them all so the total cell would show 10 number?

Doesn't do as title describes, this just makes a drop list, not pulled from another file :(
