Evil YouTube Mom Is Finally Arrested (hopefully goes to jail forever)

Youtuber Ruby Franke from 8 Passengers was arrested and I can't believe people like this exist.

As someone who grew up suffering from child neglect I’ve looked at a huge portion of this story and it’s nauseating. It’s honestly really comforting to know everyone else is just as disgusted.
To the 10 year old who escaped and got help, that’s kid’s brave as shit. That kid knew what would happen if he was caught and he escaped and got help anyway. That kid is braver than many of us and I sincerely hope he can heal from it all when he and his sister are older.

Ruby called her husband from prison from jail telling him that she needed him to go get cash stashed in the house to pay for a lawyer and to get out of jail and during that conversation her biggest worry was how to handle flood damage to their house! The dad was and still is very much a big part of this and should not have custody of those children he should also be facing charges!

What breaks my heart is what the kid who escaped, asks for first: not help, but FOOD AND WATER. It’s just really telling. And bone chilling. I hope not only the ‘mother’ but the ‘father’ get jailed for life. They’re not parents, they’re monsters. I hope these kids find the comfort and love they deserve, and I’m glad this finally came to light.

They need to arrest her husband too! They're still together and in contact. Kevin was smart enough to stay mostly off camera but when he was on camera, he supported her heinous actions 100% and defended their "parenting style" to everyone whose been calling them out online. He was a ride or die for the child abuse disguised as parenting advice Cult that Ruby and Jodi have been pushing online and he was an absolute menace of a professor at BYU, leading to him being fired. He has no business getting custody of the kids. He's just as guilty as Ruby and now he's playing dumb. He can't get away with it. I don't trust the aunts in the picture either. The only people I trust to keep the kids safe are the kids who escaped: Shari and Chad.

5:39 that statement itself was a red flag. The fact that they said that they tried to keep it quiet means that saving the kids was never a priority. That whole family needs to be investigated.
