How Many Countries Can I Visit for £100?

I tried to travel to as many countries as possible for only £100 and learnt an important lesson

I had a similar experience. Thankfully I didn't get ill. 8 days and going to bed in different cities was an awesome. Hopefully you got better really quick. If you decide to venture to Southern China, I'll be happy to show you some cool stuff

Just to say that it can be very dangerous to do exercise when you have the flu. It can be life threatening in fact. Complete and total rest is the key for a quick recovery. The body needs all its strength to maintain its defence system to fight the virus.
