And for one day only...None of the food we made today was traditional, but today isn't only about the food. This is about a make-or-break teppanyaki experience.

Chef G's comedy chops are actually important here because this is something you don't see often anymore. He's not jabbing at people or anything, it's purely centered on what he's doing. It doesn't hinder anyone or insult or whatever, makes the whole experience much more pleasant as well.
