LeBron is like the Kareem of our era, played forever, big longevity guy and respected by his peers. But MJ...MJ cost a lot of people a lot of rings, MJ was feared...people were terrified to even say anything to him or to talk trash to him, you didn't do that unless you were a psycho like Kobe who could match him. LeBron is like a Magic, he likes to defer a lot and facilitate to others and get his teammates going, LeBron is fine with someone else taking the lost shot, if it's Matthew Delladova and he's wide open then LeBron is fine with deferring to Delladova and letting him take the shot with all the marbles on the line. Meanwhile MJ was so great that he always wanted to take the last shot, his teammates and coaches always wanted him taking the last shot because they knew he was a clutch killer and the best player on the floor, they knew their odds of winning the game were much better with MJ taking a tough contested mid range jumper as opposed to Luc Longley or Ron Harper taking an open shot to win the game. MJ was both respected and feared by his pears. LeBron is like Magic to his peers and MJ was like the grim reaper to his peers. They were so terrified of him that they called him Black Jesus and said you don't say anything to Black Jesus. LeBron has never been feared. Respected but never feared by his opponents.
