Been on low dose trazodone for about a week. Has not cured my insomnia yet... Hopefully another week proves that it will. Otc sleep aids have been way better for me

I been using it for a Antidepressan for over year at this point. I don't see why they say you need such a high dose for the anti depressing effects. Cause even the 100mg makes my depression better. Tho I usally take it then take a small nap and go on with my day. I take it around 2am and go back to sleep and when I wake up at 6am its working already and Im good to go.

i’m on adderall Xr in mornings at IR maybe a 2-3pm . it’ll fade away around 7-8pm
i’m active . workout 4/5 days a week so doing so helps with blood pressure.

but question is this safe or okay to take at the end of the day for my anxiety and for sleep?
