Some tips and tricks to improve are
1. Stand up straight but don't straighten your knees (could make you pass out if you stay like that for too long).
2. When you breath in, don't lift your shoulders. Put your stomach out as if you were bloated (allows you more air to use when singing).
3. Work on range (mainly done with practice).
4. Think about biting into an apple when you're singing. Then you're voice will sound a lot smoother and nicer.

All of these are things that I learned while doing voice lessons, and ever since they've become a habit, my singing sounds a LOT better. Hope these tips and tricks help :)

like how people said in the comments txu has a lot of potential and she could hit those notes and become a great singer, she just needs more vocal strengthing/training and if she were to have training and sing this part again while standing up her voice will not only be better(because of the training) but stronger sense the position of your body indicates how powerful your voice will be so that's why standing is a very good thing to do while singing and also she seemed kinda tense in the video so if she were to relax, her singing will get a little better

It’s really not bad at all. She actually has an amazing voice . She just needs some training to learn how to use it correctly, and that’s okay. Even the best singers should get consistent vocal training . But this girl can sing!
