Hi Bob! Good reading week. I have had Brooklyn on my list for a long time, so good to have it reinforced that it's indeed a good'un. I really enjoyed Fraud and was delighted with Zadie's narration in the audiobook, she really brought the characters out even more with her voicing. I thought it (the book) was quite hilarious and in looking at much of the politics of the last few years caught myself occasionally laugh-snorting at the situations in The Fraud. She's the bees knees in my books. Cheers and have a great week!

I saw Brooklyn in the cinema. Shed a tear when she said 'I don't know where my home is anymore'. Can relate. One Last Song sounds very interesting.

Toibin is my favorite male living author (Atwood is the female counterpart) and it seems like many are reading his works this year and with this sequel on the horizon it just might be a big renaissance of his work, and all I can say is it’s about damn time!

The Secret Life of cows seems like a fun book though short . However when I looked up The wisdom of sheep on Amazon, it says zero pages which can't be right lol . I would be curious to know more about The fraud and never understand why booktubers don't like to give the plot of books away Part of what draws me to particular books is the writing style for sure but I do also need a general synopsis to pique my interest .
