Really useful! Especially when it's cold and there is a bunch of snow on top of the trunk or hood, those hood struts give up pretty easy.

Good start. Happens on lots of vehicles in that 90's-00's era, especially now that they're older.
Anyone I help out who has a hood or trunk dropping, that's an immediate $15 trip to the store... Convenience and Safety improvement from just prying those little clips to swap them.
