"Earworm" exists in English as well. Probably it's a direct translation from German but still, it's used in English in the same way.

I would translate fremdschäden as second-hand embarrassment, which is probably the most commonly used term in English.

Soft eggs, das Weichei. Very similar with Bulgarian, we use nearly the same phrase with the same meaning. Honestly, we have many similar words with the same meaning.
