Is sound united really giving hdmi advice? The same company who released a line if products with hdmi features that still don't work, and neither does the free "solution" they offered us? Ironic.
There are entire forums of frustrated people with sound united products that don't work as advertised, and support tells every single one of us the exact same thing, like it was scripted by lawyers.

FYI, Dolby atmos on top of Dolby mat doesn't work either! In case maybe someone wanted to look into it. Anyone trying to use any of the receivers from last year with an apple tv, roku, pc gaming, or any atmos signal from a pcm base, has audio cutouts, dropouts, and other strange behavior. I can't get over an hour of clean atmos when playing a game or watching anything on Apple tv 4k.
And no, it is not my edid, or my hdmi cables. We have troubleshooted extensively.
