It's so sad. She actually seems like a really nice and genuine person. At the same time, she never really seems convinced herself and it's as if she knows her answers are pretty pitiful and not satisfying.

I think the most depressing thing about this video is that this will probably be the highlight of her entire year the time she had an "amazing" chat with some fellow on the cart who seemed "super" interested. She will tell everyone now about her "amazing" experience when in actual fact she spent 20 minutes looking at her phone spitting out answer like a robot lmao.
