This super easy miso soup can be cooked in just 5 minutes.
The ingredients don’t need a long cooking time and are the basic miso soup ingredients found in most restaurant soups.
There are different types of miso paste. The flavor of the soup can vary depending on the type of miso paste you use.
You can never go wrong with white miso paste, but I would also highly recommend red miso paste.
The darker the miso, the more savory it is. You can also mix different types of miso in your soup—just be creative with your combinations!

Ingrediens for 2 Portions:

- Small Pot of Water
- 1 tsp Dashi Powder (Hondashi) *

- 1-2 dried Wakame Seaweed
- 1 pck Silken Tofu **

- 1-2 Tbsp Miso Paste (Red/White Miso)
- Green Onions

* If you are vegan or vegetarian: swap Hondashi for Kombu-Dashi instead.
If you don´t have any access to Dashi powder were you live : You can also skip it
** If you can only get extra firm tofu : just cut it into quite small cubes (0.5cm cubes)

100~120 kcal & 9~12g protein - per portion
