I have 1-2 late emergencies per year. Last one I left house at midnight and got home pretty quick. It was a cap. Buy I would only go if there is a newborn or someone old and on oxygen.

There are no true 'Emergencies' in Comfort Air Conditioning.

Funny thing is, if it really is to the point they have to pack up and go to a motel it's likely under $99 a night, more like $69, and the after hours surcharge and on-call rates are waaay higher than that. So it's advantageous to wait for normal hours and eat the motel fee. Plus, you may have to wait till business opens anyway for parts, whereas motel is guaranteed to be comfortable when you get there.

Definitely an opinion but on call definitely brings out rude entitled old people (40 ish+ & up)

They always claim of young children or very elderly adults in the home. I had a negative review because, not ever been our customer, who had 2 system I told him to move his child to sleep in the master bedroom. Never heard the dog before.

Our industry will not survive if we continue 24 hour service. The newer generations are not willing to do it long term. We see this in Florida. There is no emergency at midnight. Plumbers and electricians are not doing it anymore for the most part.

I wonder how babies survived before air conditioning? How do we even exist now? According to people now saying they need ac now, we should have become extinct since AC is now life or death. How did we not die off before ac? 😂😂😂. Our on call is until 830 pm. After that it's the next day or when the next opening is
