The worst pain is hitting the bone that sticks out the side of your ankle.

As someone with a toe and foot defect please dont do this on purpose

Just because one part of your body became so pain resistance that you don't feel it doesn't mean they are inmune. Also they are one (if not then it was the fingers if I recall correctly) of the first parts that the body leaves behind in a frostbite for the survival of your organs so that should give a hint of how wrong they are.

Good thing that my feet basically went numb in Marine Corps boot camp. It was during the week i had to work in the mess hall and was on my feet for about 14 hours a day in boots with no cushioning

Slower than normal healing of the feet can be first red flag of a health problem.

Ouch. I learned that regularly using a pumice stone on your feet will help increase blood circulation. Preferably, when you're taking a shower or bath, and your feet are wet, gently scrub with the pumice stone.

I used to have dermatilomania, and found out the hard way that a thin tiny bit of skin ripped from the wrong area of the foot/toe, and it will very slowly bleed for HOURS. A nightmare
