Welcome to the old shop! This cute tiny apartment used to be an actual shop that’s cool! And you know what even more cool? The tenant wasn’t the one asking for my help. The landlord was. And he wasn’t going to throw his tenant out. He actually wanted to help him. And not only that.. He also bought his tenant new furniture! Can you believe that?? It’s always wonderful to see that there are people out there with hearts of gold ❤️ But even though this home was tiny I did find some lovely grime. This sink was out of this world. The stove also has some burnt on food I got to scrape off. Just wait until you see the transformation 🫶

Your enthusiasm for built-on gunk was honestly a lifesaver for me when I was moving apartments this year - it was my first time fully moving out of an apartment (as opposed to being one person of a multi-party tenancy leaving to be replaced by a new roommate) so it was the first time I had to deeply clean an apartment to avoid fines. The apartment had been bouncing from roommate to roommate for at least 4 years and things like the window frames and blinds had never been cleaned in that time, so there was grime and dust build up in all sorts of places! It took a long time to clean but I just watched a few of your videos to motivate me and saw it as a challenge to overcome with enthusiasm, and keeping that perspective made seeing it all clean up so satisfying! it's made me want to keep my homes in better condition in the future, too, so I can enjoy that every part of the home being clean feeling in a place I'm living, not just a place I'm leaving!
