Having seen a few episodes, Linda Baker is not a good designer! Her taste leaves much to be desired.

The living room area was a bit too busy for me but it looked great. But that dining area - WOW!

I appreciate the effort and creativity that went into the makeover, but I have to admit, I prefer the old look. The new design, particularly the table lamps, seems to clash with Grandpa's style and needs. The dark colours chosen might not be the most practical, as they could easily show dust and dirt, which could be a challenge for him to maintain. Additionally, the makeover feels a bit too much and seems to overshadow Grandma's lovely legacy. It feels like the new design misses the mark in terms of practicality and personal touch. Just my two pence—thanks for the great content!

Personally I feel Linda sometimes looses sight of the person she's doing this for and although he was happy I have to say he wouldn't have had it in his heart to say otherwise. It's something I would have not been happy with. Linda needs to stop showing her flair with older people in my opinion, she could have made it very smart and given much better seating for a 70 year old to relax in. She is good but she should think of who it's for first and foremost. Is just an opinion
