Ingredients:

Eggplants - 6
Ground Meat - 800gr-1kg / 1lb 12.219oz-2lb 3.2740oz
Tomatoes - 2 for the stuffing + 4-5 for the "decoration"
Onion - 1 or 2
Salt - To taste
Paprika - To taste
Parsley - To taste

Best served with: Fresh salad, red wine
