For anyone who’s kelp is stuck behind the glass panes just break the glass panes and place 4 buttons instead where the pains were originally, it never gets stuck behind the glass now

This is a great design don't get me wrong but the problem I found with it is there is no water flow so the kelp kind of stays bouncing around in the water while the pistons go off and if you go up on top off the hopper you can see after just 5 minutes of running that you will grab 6 stacks of kelp thru the glass that is just sitting in the water.. the fix is easy though instead of putting glass on the first set of hoppers closest to the kelp being grown put the glass on the other set of hoppers farthest away from the kelp being grown and I just did them 3 high on the glass instead of 2 high may i add, now on the second glass above the hoppers or 1 glass from the top glass gets wooden signs ** if you done 3 high on the glass**.. then add slabs to the blocks that are directs about the top pistons the slabs should be directly over the kelp being grown so that you can add a trap door and the trap doors should be connected to the slabs and pointed downward.. also after putting the slab once you put the trap door downwards and pour water into the slabs you will see the trap doors and the signs make the water flow downward always so every piece of kelp can make it into the composter this way kelp won't despawn inside your contraption. Hope this helps all new builders 😅

Kelp is so useful, XP, bone meal, fuel and farming it is this easy love it

And you can use furnaces to make a fuel farm I love kelp and it being zero tick is just icing on the cake

Bedrock player from 1.21. The kelp doesn't grow at all I'm finding, the water block is removed due to the piston causing like maybe one kelp every 5 minutes, any ideas to fix this?
