Today I want to make this dish near a lovely river while enjoying the breathtaking fall scenery. For me, cooking while listening to the sound of the river is a form of meditation that helps me to relax.
I love seafood, and salmon is in my opinion one of the best seafood options.
The dish is made much tastier by the combination of the sauce I made and the smoky flavor that comes from the food being cooked over direct wood fire.
You can make a sauce with unique flavors by combining various spices and seasonings.
