Happy Fri-Yay! I shamelessly took this idea from TikTok but I've rated 16 books as 5 stars this year and needed more time than TikTok would allow. I've had a fantastic reading year and enjoyed the majority of books that I've read so I thought I would give you the best of the best. Essentially, here are my highest rated, and favourite books of the year so far :)

I've been wondering recently whether I'm too generous with my ratings, as so far this year I've had 18 5-star reads (out of 82 books).
But I think if you're consistently rating books high then it's just a sign you've gotten good at knowing your own reading taste 😁
Olive was also a 5-stars for me, I loved how relatable it felt 💜 I also really enjoyed Malibu Rising and Crescent City!
