@13:40 when interest rate is low, isn’t it supposed to be more outflow than inflow to the bank as the cost of borrowing is lower?

Fantastic video. It would be nice to see one about how interest rate swaps could mitigate this problem on this scenario. Although, I think you're right, SVB should have kept the deposits in cash

You should clarify that the bonds were fixed rate bonds. If they would have invested in variable rate bonds then they would have survived the disaster
