I recently visited the HR Giger Museum in Greyerz Switzerland. Absolutely fantastic! So many awesome pieces and original requisites from the first Alien movie. I highly recommend this to anyone: being surrounded by this aesthetic on the floor the walls and the display of these huge pieces- it’s just something else. You could touch the pieces (what you definitely shouldn’t do- be respectful).
I want this film to be good. It would be such a shame if this legendary franchise can’t honor Giger‘s work anymore

I didn’t hate Prometheus and Covent I actually found them enjoyable but the originals shit all over them. This trailer gives the vibe of the first one though. I actually hope it’s set just on the ship where they can’t get out, much more suspenseful and it’ll introduce new viewers to the alien franchise who haven’t seen the og’s and I’m all for it

The upcoming film will be the seventh in the franchise. It was directed by Fede Alvarez, primarily known for “The Evil Dead: The Black Book” and the thriller “Don’t Breathe.” Franchise creator Ridley Scott served as one of the producers.

It looks like a cross between alien and aliens. It looks like a soft reboot. Look how the girl has wet long hair with the wind blowing in it with the gun.It's just Ripley all over again. The cinematography and set design looks fantastic. But i'm still worried.

People who make judgement calls on 60 second trailers clearly have made many poor life decisions and will make many more. There is next to nothing be gleamed from this trailer.
