The Blacksmiths challenge is by far your best video, it reminds us all to do more with less. This has been a remarkable series in the same vein, and a delight to watch.

The difference between demonstration and teaching is the ability to explain in simple, understandable terms.
You explain the magic of the craft like no other that I have seen.
Really enjoyed this series.
Thank you.
The dragon needs a name!

Indeed it was fun to follow. What a door knocker it is! Thanks for letting us learn while it was fabricated.

This project turned out beautifully, John! Now you need a castle door to mount it on. What a valuable experience to watch and listen to you work through all the details of its development.

What a fun project and it turned out beautifully! And I was told by an old journeyman when I was an apprentice told me "A screw up isn't a screw up if you can fix it"! I guess we never stop learning John! Well Done!

This dragon really turned out nice, fun to do and it serves a purpose. The reason why I stopped painting & became interested in blacksmithing. I became very bored as a painter. Hanging a finished painting on a wall served no purpose other then looking at it. I lost my drive & interest in acrylics. Blacksmithing serves a purpose whether it's a door knocker, a knife or a tool it serves a purpose and artistic. Thank you for showing the artistic fun side of blacksmithing.

Thank you for posting this project. I very much appreciate the time and effort you put into it. I even more appreciate your humor and the fact you showed your mistakes amd problems while doing this project. It helps inspire confidence in me getting into blacksmithing as a hobby. I have spent the last month or so enjoying your content. Thank you again. Hopefully I will be posting my work once I finish my over engineered forge.

Really loved this series. It was great to see the differences that wrought iron brought to the project, and the results speak for themselves.

The horns looked like ears but still a superior job over anything I could do. Well done.

A Magnificent Dragon knocker. I have enjoyed watching and had no idea that wrought iron was different than mild steel. You always incite my imagination and expand my knowledge in your videos.
