SSJ grade 4, in my opinion, should still be considered a separate form from grade 1. It's different in almost every way. Different personality, different attributes, even a different look, what with the lighter colored hair (surprised you didn't mention that) and the different aura. You make some good points, and I half way agree with you, but it's like saying omen and mastered UI are really the same thing. They kinda are, but really they're not.

now imagine, if they put in the same effort they did to master Base Super Saiyan, into mastering the higher transformations of Super Saiyan 2 and 3. Imagine how insane a Super Saiyan 3 Full Power would be. Yeah it's still just be a 400x boost of base strength, but mastery would drastically reduce the consumption rate of Ki and Stamina allowing for the transformation to last significantly longer, and if mastered to the same extent as regular base Super Saiyan, being able to maintain it all day and even while sleeping without exerting themselves, then it'd be perfect to combine with the power of Super Saiyan God for Super Saiyan Blue, but instead of SSG being multiplied by 50 like is normal, it'd be multiplied by 400 xD and we'd get to enjoy even more blue hair lol

I think it still is more hype than substance if the multiplier is to remain 50x and Grade 2 and 3's is higher. FPSSj only makes rational sense if it incorporates the full power of Grade 3, which I prefer to believe it does. It's not far-fetched either - since the body acclimates to higher powers, the muscles don't get pumped up as a side effect.

Goku vs cell is the best fight in the series period IDC what anyone says. Goku vs Frieza is a great fight in terms of story. Gohan vs cell wasn't much of a fight at all it was one side most of the time mostly plot driven. Goku vs Frieza was a mixture of both plot and skill. Goku vs cell was a pure skill fight you can tell which made it so good.
