Biden lifts arms ban for Kharkiv in Ukraine war

The US Secretary of State, Antony Blinken, has confirmed that Washington has eased a ban on Ukraine using American weapons to strike targets inside Russia. The US was previously reluctant to allow its weapons to be used, for fear of escalating tensions with Moscow.

The USA and NATO has deployment in many countries and regions. Probably, Russia may authorize the use of Russian weapons against US and NATO interests.

Blinken has rightfully attracted considerable criticism for his record of supporting wars and so-called “humanitarian” interventions. He was a top aide to Biden when the then-Senator voted to authorise the U.S. invasion of Iraq ( the worst foreign policy disaster in modern history). As deputy national security adviser, warhawk Blinken supported the disastrous military intervention in Libya in 2011 which through (as usual) a series of unanticipated consequences turned the country into a failed state. He then played a key role in pushing the Obama administration to arm rebel groups in Syria as part of an effort to bring about regime change, fueling a proxy war that displaced millions of people. Then in 2021 he was called on to resign over the United States' botched withdrawal from Afghanistan. Now Ukraine and Gaza.
