I agree with the mother. A husband and 2 children are NOT too worn out a wife/mother. A family supposed to work together as a team. Not only one person.

My mother didn’t have to do anything. I did . At the age of 5, she taught me how to cook. So, I would cook, set the table, and clean up after them. Then do the dishes. I would have to pull up a chair at the sink and climb up to reach the sink. After doing dishes, Then put the dishes away. She was always tired when she got home from work and would take a nap. While I did everything. My father was in the Navy and gone a lot. Sometimes We wouldn’t see him for months. I have been cooking and cleaning all my life. Maybe she should teach someone to do for her. The funny thing is, that I out lived all of them. Still doing the cooking, cleaning and the dishes. Now 77 years later. Never had children to do for me. Or a husband to set around and do nothing. Never married. 🤣😂always working. Retired now. Still doing the dishes😂😝. ✝️🙏👵🏻

It should never had to go that far. The rules should have been set when she became married and definitely to include children as they could move the plate to the kitchen. Even three year Olds are capable.
