Crysis 2 Multiplayer Demo Gameplay - PIER 17

Man, I know right?! lol, FPS are hard stuff. This is my first game, mins after it finished downloading but it's no real excuse.

Got my third game also downloaded where I discover (lol) the nano suit abilities which I'll upload later if I have time.

Pretty fun game. FPS/Multiplayer games aren't my forte, I like SP RPG/adventure games but I always thought Crysis' graphics were spectacular so I thought those who don't have the demo or are thinking about downloading it would appreciate some HD footage.

This map glitched into the demo last night for a brief while, giving xbox players a chance to vote. It was taken out a while later.

I heard the game relaunched and that it was tweaked so that people who had a tough time trying to get into a match didnt crash.

Nice video, although the online needs to have better host selection and less of this garbage ass lag or players skipping around.

@Modiesel1286 Uneventful gameplay? check out my 35-2 or some of my 22-0s and give it another chance, gameplay being eventful is down to the player(s) not the game.

Only got to play 2 games of this map, it seems like they had plans to be able to play it online but it was really buggy when it was available to be voted so they seemed to just stick with skyline for the rest of the demo, shame really this map was my favourite of the two, especially for sniping.

I haven't played Pier 17 yet (also wondernig how to access it :P) but I must say, visually, it looks a lot better than Skyline.

Regardless of what any trolls on here say (ie. the ones that haven't played it), the MP demo is absolutely stunning. Sure the IQ could be improved and I hope it's something that's being addressed as we speak, but I can't wait to see some single player footage.

Looks better than Killzone 2 IMO, not sure about 3 because I haven't played it.

Huh... well I suppose if I get bored of KZ3 I might pick this up, serisusly, so graphics is it's only thing? The KZ3 multiplayer beta had better graphics, and more players, and the finished product will have more maps and more modes, I fail to see why ps3 games would want this unless they are looking for something more mediocre lol. Gonna have to see a ps3 demo before buy O.o

This game isn't at all like Call of Duty. There are some similarities like having a death cam and getting xp for kills. But just because it has a death cam doesn't make it a clone. Theres no killstreaks but you do unlock dogtags. Saying multilayer is a clone is over exaggerating.

@wolfman161274 Depends on ur Pc mate, but its also about your connection to the server. Where u live. the host location etc etc etc. Crysis will prolly use dedicated of their own instead of letting peeps opening it themselves

The community wont last long for this game it looks stunning however half the people who own call of duty camp this game punishes campers this means half of the cod community will likely skip this and purchase MW3 in November.
