Rapido will beat Ola and Uber?

The company already has a 65% market share in the bike-taxi market in India and is now going after the cab business.

The main reason behind this is the unpredictable nature of the bike-taxi business.

Many state governments have banned it in their states in the past.

Bike taxi was actually good because you can travel easily even in traffic.

This has made them acquire more customers and it might help their cab business if the fare price is affordable.

They were supposed to the cheapest cab service but it seems not to be case it is costly when compared to Uber and ola

First they should start the Bike Taxi in full speed. In Mumbai Rapido is banned for Bike Taxi.

Ola and Uber as well as auto unions tried to destroy rapido many times because they want their own monopoly and duopoly, but rapido had bounced back many times with cheapest prices and built trust, so it will work, only issue is its limited to few cities only

I will say its a great opportunity for rapido, there are multiple reasons
1) The platform is already available
2) huge user base
3) Initially, they started with bike taxi later on auto now cab, Indian user will prefer rapido as they can check all three options together, whereas ola and uber doesn't have bike options for all cities
