I am reallllyyy stupid. To everyone as dumb as me, if your task manager looks different, it’s cause it’s the simplified version I guess?

On task manager, if it’s all white and says stuff like “nothing is running”, look at the bottom left of the window, it says “see more details”. Click on that, and you’ll get the long list with yellow, like in the video. Basically do exactly what he says: Then look for Windows Explorer (symbol is a folder; mine was near the bottom). Click on it. Bottom right of the window, click “restart”.
