There are worst people than Nury Martinez and the Counsil men that were dismissed...of that I'm certain. One asks; "Have these people done more good or bad in their lives?" Does the bad outweigh the good? This wasn't necessarily about Jurisprudence, more about taking an opportunity to unseat a person and group of people. When somebody, as a leader urges a movement in the community to lynch, to ostracize, to oust a companion of their group, one could look at that person, those persons for irregularities. The actions were words spoken that most likely have been spoken before someplace or not. I'm from a Hispanic family and when with family or tight knit friends, one may say things that are not meant to hurt, rather out of comedic sense that we all have, for God's sake, we are in a Country that has allowed the Freedom of Speech. However, the freedom of speech does not allow us to hurt others...and that is why sometimes one confides in tight knit groups or family where we speak in confidence. It is that confidence that was betrayed, and one would seek the betrayer and the purpose for that betrayal, and one would find a traitor to family or work. One would also find a manipulator of masses, where the masses are used to assist in that betrayal. And always there is the concept of lynching that one seeks to spark in the masses, that betrayer always seeks that, and masses are good for that. One would weigh what was said, to the actions taken by these leaders and do they do more good than bad? that is the key question because the real culprid of this story is the betrayer of the group that the group or family cannot count on when a silly joke or a comment is said. I know the Hispanic community say much worst things about others, because it is in the nature of things to say a joke or be critical in a humorous tone, but one carries out no ill actions about it .... all races do the same! Correct Jurisprudence might say, "If you have never ever said anything about anyone, why go ahead and cast the first stone." It's actions that count and its actions that should be weighted! Let’s be real….behind closed doors plenty of ppl talk about others. Yes they criticize plus assign nick names to them. It’s not good but bet plenty of ppl do talk worse than what’s come up. The way it looks the remains city council members act like they’re polishing their halos, but they too should be investigated for all on city council seem unable on how to handle this. Plus LA has history of corruption. They should all resign & new candidates run for city council without such a lucrative pay. Start over with new members.

However that doesn’t take away from the points Kevin de Leion was making about the white liberal city council members attempting to disenfranchise the Hispanic community! I want to know more about that because I’m sick of the “woke” liberal hypocrisy that only wants to represent one group of people for woke points agenda
