DIRECTV Stream | What You NEED To Know!

Earlier this week, AT&T announced that they were unifying some services they offer under one name - DIRECTV Stream. While there aren’t any major changes expected for customers throughout this transitioning process, it appears that AT&T is looking to become more competitive to alternative no-contract TV services (e.g., YouTube TV, Sling TV, Hulu, etc.).

Yes they just need apple plus app. Then get the missing channels like the cw, pbs, nfl network, Sunday ticket

Hoping the interface changes. AT&T TV's is terrible. Would rather have something like YouTubeTV.

So, No NFL Network (Thursday nite games), No Golf Channel (I like to watch tournament action in the evenings), No PBS (I guess they don't consider it local network). I'm on a 14 day trial right now, and it's not looking good for Directv Stream.

I have ATT tv. And overall it’s ok. The app is ok but limited depending on where your watching TV. For instance. I’m in NJ and get the Yes network but if I travel. I don’t get the channel on the app. Also the ATT Tv head unit needs improvement. Sound quality is bad for their streaming and you cannot play Hulu due to lawsuit in play. Currently no true on demand either. With changes. They could be great. But there’s work to do.

I have DIRECTV NOW or AT&T now streaming. The problem is they keep going up with the price but the service wasn’t getting better. It’s too expensive for what you get. I don’t understand AT&T’s philosophy. It’s like They evolve to give you a cord cutting at all cable prices. Of course everyone was leaving the streaming service it’s not worth the money. The price should’ve been lower and they would’ve had way more people or subscribers I should say.
