Thanks 🙏🏼 I would love more content about Psoriasis and other conditions. I have it for about 20 years. Usually get it under control with light therapy, diet, overall inner work, but had to use antibiotics recently and it through my system off balance. I don't want to get heavily medicated like methotrexate, but any tips are welcome.

Please disclose that any steroid CANNOT be used long term. She mentioned it but oh god topical steroid withdrawal is nightmare fuel. Went though it for a whole year and couldn’t leave my bed.

I use the cortisone 10 maximum moisture for like 3-5 days then once it’s calmed down a bit I go in with neem tree cream for longer term use.

I haven’t tried that cream but vaseline works wonders for my dry elbows/psoriasis.

I just got diagnosed with psoriasis after months of not knowing what was going on (my doctor thought it was eczema which I also have at first) & she told me it’s not possible for me to see a dermatologist unless I have skin cancer🙃 so I’m trying to learn as much as I can & any psoriasis videos are much appreciated, thank you😊

I used to have this issue until I started lathering myself in thicc CeraVe cream after showering and having Nivea tubs all over my apartment and just applying it before going to bed or during the day.

Now I don't have it anymore and I'm only doing the post shower cream. I think a big game changer for me was applying the cream on wet skin and letting it air dry.

Now I get compliments for having soft skin and friends ask what I do and they always look dejected when I say I just pile on the cream after showering because it's too much of a chore for some people 😂
