Looks great, but little nitpick: not all dutched process is alkalized enough to be black cocoa, rectangles and squares type deal. They will have similar flavor but you could potentially get a more striking black color with higher alkalized cocoa.

Ouh!! That looks good! Gonna try it your way. I’ve been doing it by adding chocolate powder and peppermint syrup in my oat milk and then adding coffee. It was good, not great. Just enough to satisfy my peppermint mocha cravings.

Finally a tip I knew before you posted this. Plus I use powdered sugar instead of granular for a smoother swallow. I have found a way to flavor coffee without the extract, if you take a peice of hard candy and crush it. My favorite is hot cinnamon candy. Plus it's a good way to get rid of old candy nobody wants to eat anymore.

I have my own recipe too. For some reason i prefer mixing Milo chocolate powder than any other brand into my espresso shot then I'll add a half cup of milk 😂 taste good to me

My favorite mocha is coconut mocha. Starbucks made one years ago and no other flavor has come close since!
