"We've been there and we'll be there again - and again - and again - and again." And we'll still laugh at ourselves! Thank you for this most beautifully inspiring talk, I really needed it!

Key Takeaways!!!
1. Mistrust your sense of urgency (do one thing at a time)
2. Limit your Chrono Pagers (or something that eats up your time)
3. Surround yourself with kindness (which starts from you)

I think overwhelm is THE WORD when you have ADHD. Thanks for tips. X

Thank you for your great talk. An additional ADHD challenge for me has been motivation. My psychiatrist helped me understand how lack of motivation is another challenge that many persons, including myself, have to contend.

OMG - I'm laugh-crying. I literally just fired off an "upset email" and last night was INCREDIBLY disciplined and did not buy those cool yoga pants that I found through the FB rabbit hole

Perfect!!! so helpful. BTW I think we CAN do two things simultaneously but must be strategic, like I can eat my food (already prepared) while I watch this. Sometimes it's fun to do stuff. We like challenges, right?

Ms. Ellison, I have adhd and asperger's and didn't know until 41, so I feel ya. But I have some follow up questions. Is there a way we can have a dialogue?? I'd like to learn more and I have ideas I'd like to bounce off of you.

Thank you so much,
-D

missed the 3rd point because of playing WoW while listening to the video. Then I was so happy to hear, that you would repeat the points... phased out right before point 3 again XD

Well yes but hyperfocus is generally an unproductive obsession with a nerdy topic or shopping that contributes little to nothing to our quality of life (actually it can be damaging whe you have other things to do)
