100 reps are performed in each exercise, total 10 exercises.I have tried to take minimal rest and complete whole workout as soon as possible. There was no fixed rest period, I performed as much reps as possible. In some exercises, I performed 100 reps in 3 sets and In some in 4-5 sets. Workout was full of pump and fun.
